If you were a Contour Online client, you would have received the email below around the 21st Feb 2025


Due to the sudden passing of Coenraad Hitge, the owner of Contour Online, the company is in the process of change of management and billing.
Lyndon Mabvongodze, our trusted technician and web developer, who has been with us since the start of business will be taking over all the services.
As soon as the transfer and new billing process has been put in place, Lyndon will notify you of the new procedure.
The Debit Order from Contour Online has not been deducted from your bank account since Dec 2024 and Jan and Feb 2025, you will not be charged backpay for these months.
Once again, the services provided to you will not be disrupted during this transition.

Contour Online

After much consideration, the team at Hove decided to move the Contour Online client base to one of our brands CybAfriq which is more suited to meeting the needs of Contour Online clients.
What does this mean for you?
- from a service point of view, nothing changes. The services you have continue as they were
- support will continue as usual. The new support email is support@cybafriq.com
- the new costs are R200 per month or R2000 per year (no VAT charged). This is a subscription based service 
- you would have received an email to start off your subscription through PayFast. If you have not, please reach out to support@cybafriq.com
- you will not be back-charged for the last months where no debit order was done

We appreciate your patience during this time and hope to continue working with you in the future.
